You can check light levels quickly and easily in the Mi Home app and study measurement data over longer periods. Its sleek and lightweight design also allows it to blend in anywhere in your home.

With the Mi Light Detection Sensor, creating the ultimate home lighting is easier than ever. Using the sensor, you can measure the amount of light in your home and also see how the light has changed over time. Pair all your smart lights with the sensor and control when you want them to turn off or on depending on how bright it is inside.
Smart features and easy installation
The Mi Light Detection Sensor can be controlled with your mobile phone via the Mi Home App. Using the Mi Home App, you can see the light level in your home and customize your lighting - wherever you are.
If the sensor is also connected to a smart lamp, for example, you can decide when it should turn on - for example, when it gets dark and the light level drops below a certain level. You can also choose between modes such as Day and Night, or create your own smart mode via the Mi Home app.
