Terms of purchase for purchases at Mistor.se

Sales are made to private individuals, companies, associations, authorities, municipalities and legal persons. We do not enter into an agreement with minors (under 18 years) without the approval of the plaintiff.
All prices are including Swedish VAT as standard. Please note that it is possible to switch between seeing prices including and excluding VAT.
Shipping costs and any other fees are visible at the checkout before purchasing. At present, we only deliver to countries within the EU.
All orders are made through our website, Mistor.se.
Orders placed on fax, email or telephone are not approved unless this has been agreed.
The customer is responsible for the fact that address information and contact details are correctly completed. Keep in mind that Age the right mobile phone number as many of our freight forwarders mainly use SMS or calls to inform you about the delivery of your order.
Delivery and payment method
We offer the following delivery method
DHL Home Delivery
Mistor.se defined shipping options for larger packages that cannot be delivered to service representatives. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days when ordering before 12.00, with reservation for high order load with us at Mistor.se and at DHL. Home delivery takes place during the day 08: 00-17: 00. Your local DHL bid announces planned time via SMS. Be sure to enter the correct telephone number when ordering. Packages are scanned so you can follow your delivery all the way, through e-mail or directly on dhl.se. Recipients need to sign acknowledgment upon delivery.
DB Schenker - Delivery to DB Schenker extradition location so -called service point
The shipment is sent to the nearest Schenker representative based on postal code. For agents, free shipping is offered. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days when ordering before 12.00., With reservation for high order load with us at Mistor.se and at Schenker. Packages are scanned so you can follow your delivery all the way, through e-mail or directly on Schenker see.
DB Schenker - Delivery home to the house door/apartment sport
Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days when ordering before 12.00., With reservation for high order load with us at MI Store and at Schenker.
Home delivery takes place during the day 08: 00-17: 00. Your local Schenker representative announces the scheduled time via SMS. Be sure to enter the correct telephone number when ordering. Packages are scanned so you can follow your delivery all the way, through e-mail or directly on Schenker see. Please select ombudsman delivery if you are not able to stay home during the day. Should you need to contact your local Schenker office, you will find contact detailshere.
Bring
Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days when ordering before 12.00., With reservation for high order load with us at Mistor.se and at Bring. Home delivery takes place during the day 08: 00-17: 00. Your local Bring representative announces the scheduled time via SMS. Be sure to enter the correct telephone number when ordering. Packages are scanned so you can follow your delivery all the way, through e-mail or directly on bring.se.
Payment method
Short
Card payment is made via Klarna function and requires no login or account in Klarna. You can also choose PayPal and then pay by card in the next step.
Clear
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a couple of questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that they differ in purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna Invoice Klarna account, card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account. Smooth and fast.
Not picked up/ received parcels
In case of unloaded/ received packages at a service place or at home delivery, we reserve the right to invoice customer 300:- including VAT covering shipping costs, return freight and handling fee.
Packages that have bulky charges or similar are charged according to Posten's price list
Not triggered packages do not fall under the right of withdrawal
Packages remain at Posten's service place for about 10 days unless otherwise agreed.
Transport damage to goods
Visible damage to packaging is reported directly to the carrier/ agent upon receipt of the goods.
Hidden transport damage is reported within a maximum of 10 days. Transport damage that is reported after 10 days is not processed.
Right of withdrawal/open purchase
According to the Distance Purchasing Act, you always have 14 days of withdrawal right.
The product shall be returned in substantially unchanged condition when invoking the right of withdrawal. This also applies to packaging.
Damaged packaging, product or similar is replaced by the customer. If the item or service has been used, connected or installed, the right of withdrawal will cease.
When using the right of withdrawal and return, order information must be sent in the shipment. Consequently, the delivery note sent to you about the customer, with the addition of the reason for the return. It is also possible to send with a note that includes the order number and the reason for the return.
Please note that all return shipments must be sent with direct delivery to the return address below. We do not redeem goods for postage or recommended packages for service agents!
Buy online cannot be returned in physical store.

Refunds are made no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods, but usually immediately when the goods are received.
Open purchase - private individuals
We apply 14 days open in accordance with conditions below, however, any freight and other fees are not refunded.
The product shall be returned unopened and in unchanged condition upon invoking open purchase. This also applies to packaging.

A clarification in addition to this law for our particular mobile phones - it is allowed to break the plastic of the package but you must not remove the plastic that sits on the phone.
Complaints/ warranty
For complaints and guarantee cases, always contact Mi-store.se before the goods are returned. In complaints and guarantee cases, we always stand for the return shipping.
Guarantees only include product guarantee against manufacturing defects from the respective manufacturers.
Costs regarding possible work for connection, disconnection, downtime or the like are not covered by the guarantee.
Warranties on products that require electricians installation do not apply if you cannot present receipt/ invoice copy for installation at request.
The right of withdrawal and guarantee are treated in different ways, therefore the return form for the right of withdrawal cannot be used in guarantee cases.
Completely completed guarantee note should always be attached
The following guarantees apply to our products
Smartphones: 2 year warranty + 1 year of complaint
Other Products: 1 year warranty + 2 year right of complaint
Scooters: 1 year warranty on the scooter and 6 months warranty on battery
See the attached guarantee documents for each product if they are not included in the list above. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 1 year warranty + 2 years of complaint.
Note! In case of foundNONA guarantee case is paid a survey fee of SEK 499 if the customer wants returns of the product. If the customer chooses to scrap the product, no survey fee is charged.
