By contacting service@mistore.se Do you get help with sErvice and Support on Xiaomi Scooters, Xiaomi robotic vacuum cleaner and Xiaomi hand vacuum cleaner.
You fill out a service registration together with our customer service and then send your product to the memist's own workshop. All contact and work is made under the same roof, so that you as a customer will quickly benefit from your Xiaomi product again.
The consignment note is provided at no cost in the event of guarantee cases.
Products outside the warranty
For service and support on Xiaomi products after that the warranty period has expired, For replacing tires or other service on your scooter, service on robotic vacuum cleaner or other Xiaomi product contact us at service@mistore.se for cost proposals/quotation. Of course, we perform all service with original parts.
Xiaomi smartphones
Service and support at Xiaomi cell phones are not handled by the Mistor's workshop. Instead, you contact Conmodo for more help. Through the link below, your case reports and then sends the phone directly to the workshop.
